Damien Hirst and Supreme have a long-standing relationship, and the wild-child artist has taken an opportunity to work with them again via a series of skate decks. While the design is clean, striking and modern, it is a previous Hirst work that’s also being revisited.

American Sports Data found that in 2002 there were 18.5 million skateboarders in the world, however the sports witnessed it’s first boom in the 1960s. So, Greg Lutzka’s podium spot is all that more sweet. His contender status kicked into overdrive in Orlando, and Lutzka gave P-Rod and Cole a run for their money with his signature frontside threes and flips…

It was only a matter of time before the words ‘hillbilly’ and ’skatepark’ were meshed together in a timeless story of perpetual adolescence and backwoods abandon. Skatopia is a film about an Appalachian ‘teenage skate cult’ where skating, punk rock and hillbilly culture collide.
