		<description>Hey Jenn, glad to hear you had such a great race and your marathon training is going well, too. In regards to carrying your own hydration...not necessary if you either stick only to water (which is what I usually do, and bring my own food) OR make sure you try the electrolyte drink that the race will be providing before the actual race (you should use it in training) to make sure it works for you.</description>
