There’s a lot to be said about simplicity, as there is to be said about ‘Classic’. So take the Wicked Jazz Sounds crew in Amsterdam for example – their motto is ‘dance with a smile’ and their energy, vibe and weekly party simply proves just that over and over again. With their deep and funky jazz roots, their DJ’s (Phil Horneman and Leroy Rey) together with their crew of live musicians explore the point via the dancefloor where the classic and timeless meets the the new remastering. With this spirit intact the Wicked Jazz Sounds Band has ‘officially’ come to be and in celebration of their 1st album ‘The Biggest Sin’ they will perform at the just opened club Trouw on Thursday April 9th.
