Here at K-Space.tv, carnival should never be a seasonal summertime affair, reason we are proudly getting down with the Seun Kuti and Fela’s Egypt 80 “double the dates” performance at Cargo on Dec 14 & 15. The ancestral legacy of Fela Kuti animated gracefully in his twenty five year old musical prodigy undoubtly carries the world stage on his shoulders like a true local prince of the people. Having his father’s original band kinda sweetens the pot too. Don’t think once you’ve seen one Kuti, you’ve seen them all. Seun is the next platform and the new generation of afro life. Respect!
