I’m still beaming from the ‘good vibes’ of rootsman Horace Andy live at the sold-out Islington Academy show recently. Brother Horace has maximum energy to go along with his roots and endless selection of classics that we know and love – some from his superb collabo reworkings with Massive Attack ie Skylarking, Angel, Money (the root of all evil) and many more in true Horace Andy style. Takes me way back to early Masive Attack days and their very 1st US tour around Blue Lines when i had the pleasure to present the shows and meet the man himself – a true reggae warrior, pioneer and angelic singer – respek !
