Funny thing happen on the way to promoting the August NyLO event – a lil disagreement occurred earlier this week between a ‘brand’ in the U.S. and our spunky supported dance party in Shoreditch. Oh brother!
Don’t fret because progress can’t be stop, nor great music ! The promoters behind the party formerly know as NyLO, gathered their wits and animated goodness and decided to switch up the name to NYC/LDN. Same concept, same great music, but a much bigger and IMPACT-FULL statement that this dance floor duality of New York City and London will never CEASE AND DESIST. The promoters of pH LeveL issued the following statement “It will be alright if they change our name, as long as our vibes can never be trademark.” Take that intellectual property!! – NYC/LDN August edition is on the 30th at London’s CARGO featuring very special guests BLK JKS direct from South Africa, Phil Asher (London/Restless Soul), DJ Reborn (NY/Ubiquita), Patchwork Pirates (London) and ever so dee-licious cuisine by Dante’s Fried Chicken.
